DreamWorks makes you rock and roll with ‘Trolls’ first trailer

It’s all about singing and dancing. DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming animated feature Trolls is definitely going to make you groove with its musical compositions by Justin Timberlake and Gwen Stefani.

Till now, the plot of this animated feature was under wraps as its first teaser didn’t portray anything much about the film. DreamWorksTV recently released its first official trailer which indicates the entire voice cast as well as hints to the plot of the film.

The lead character Branch voiced by Justin Timberlake is introduced in the trailer as if building up a serious story gearing the excitement for a feared danger. However, the bubble is busted with Princess Poppy voiced by Anna Kendrick leading the clan of trolls to rescue and save them.

Either Opposites attract or opposites never adjust with each other. Both of these possibilities are displayed in the journey that both Branch and Poppy are set out for. These characters are two distinct poles when it comes to quality and features but the central mission of saving the other trolls entangles them to work in unison.

The animation is quite distinct and excessively colourful as it represents the iconic ‘Troll dolls’ of the 60s coming alive in a whole new adventure. The hair of all the Trolls is a unique feature that will predominantly grab your attention even if you just skim through the trailer.

Directed by Mike Mitchell and co-directed by Walt Dohrn with a star voice cast, DreamWorks’ Trolls distributed by 20th Century Fox will hit theatres on 4 November, 2016.
