Antii Ohrling, country director for India and SouthEast Asia at Rovio has moved from the company and joined Jolla Ltd, the company that makes smartphones based on Sailfish OS as COO.
Antti has always been a digital guy and according to his Linkedin profile he co-founded Blyk, the first and original ad-funded virtual mobile operator and mobile media. He worked closely with Aircel to bring Blyk to the Indian sub-continent.
Antti served his role at Rovio for a little more than two years and was very active in promoting Rovio at various festivals and conferences also talking about how the brand grew over the years and how are the fuming feathered creatures moving from just being a game company to an entertainment company with gaming at its core.
Anurag Sachdeva, who was previously serving as associate director has now been elevated and will be filling the shoes of Antti.
