10 game releases to look out for in November

With another month approaching, here are some of the game releases we’re really looking forward to!

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare: Infinity Ward and Activision are all set to release the next chapter from their ambitious ‘Call Of Duty’ series this month. Titled Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, the upcoming edition takes one into the heart of space. While the gameplay videos do seem familiar in reference to its predecessors, the setting is brand new (seems like it, at least). You can join the battle on 4 November.

Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One.

Watch Dogs 2: The sequel of the original Watch Dogs by Ubisoft Montreal is set to make its way in this month. In this edition, you play as the main protagonist, Marcus Holloway, a brilliant DedSec hacker who tries to pull off the master of all hacks. He must attempt and succeed in shutting down ctOS 2.0, a technology used by the powerful ones to manipulate and control the normal citizens. Also, this time the hacker’s playground would be San Francisco. Watch Dogs 2 releases on 15 November.

Platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One.

Dishonored 2: This is one game for which a lot of people have been waiting. Developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks, Dishonored’s second edition will let one choose from two familiar characters to play with, Emily Kaldwin, the princess from the original series and Corvo Attano, the royal protector. They must fight against the Brigmore Witch, Delilah Copperspoon, who overthrew Emily and took over the throne. Bethesda even released a live-action trailer for the game and it looks surreal! The game releases on 11 November.

Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One.

Final Fantasy XV: Having garnered positive reviews already and after a long (really long) wait, the open world action-adventure game would be launched by Square Enix this month. Check it out on 29 November.

Platforms: Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio collection: Are you fan of Ezio Auditore da Firenze? Then you’re in for a treat! This game (or rather a pack) would have all the games featuring Ezio which includes, Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. However, only the single player campaigns and their expansions will be available with the pack. You can get your hands on the game on 15 November.

Platforms: PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Pokemon Sun and Moon: Developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo, Pokemon Sun and Moon will bring in new Pokemons, a new region and new evolutions. These will be the first games in the Pokémon series which will allow players to choose from nine languages to play in. Catch’em all on 18 November.

Platforms: Nintendo 3DS

Killing floor 2: A sequel to the original title of 2009, Killing Floor 2 has been developed by Tripwire interactive. The first-person shooter takes you into an era where a bio-tech hazard has messed things up and you can co-op with other players to decimate hordes of zombie like creatures. An early access to the game had been launched for PC back on 21 April and now the full version will be launched on 18 November.

Platforms: PlayStation 4.

Darksiders: Warmastered edition: Even if you have played Darksiders already, you should still give this a try. As the title (somewhat) suggests, it is a re-mastered edition of the game and would run on PC and PS4 on 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second (FPS) and  30 FPS on Wii U. Overall, the game will display a better visual prowess. The game releases on 22 November.

Platforms: PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One.

Road Rage: A game from the good old racing genre spiced up with a lot of action, that’s what Road Rage is all about. Here’s the official description of the game, “Race, fight, and hustle your way through the ranks of the most insane outlaw motorcycle gang in town. As the newest recruit navigating the dangerous city of Ashen, you’ve got two goals in mind: earn money and ride fast. In a world where last place isn’t an option, your bike is the key to keeping you alive.”  Get racing from 15 November!

Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One.

Robinson: The Journey: This game might just remind you of one of No Man’s Sky’s planets. But it looks just so much better. It is the story of a boy who crash landed on an alien planet and must survive while he searches for the rest of his clues. Virtual Reality breathes even more life to this exploration-survival game. The game releases on 8 November.

Platforms: PlayStation VR.
