Animation working on Buji |

Mumbai
based Classic Animation Studio is working on a 90 minute 2D feature,
Buji.
The
film revolves around a young fawn 'Buji'. An orphan since
the day she was born who has to fight for survival on her own. Having
no one to depend on, she grows up to be bold, fearless and is eager
to explore and make new friends.
Buji
has been in production for the past one year at Classic which has
a core team of 25 artists and technicians. Besides its core team,
the studio is working with a large number free lancers.
Speaking
to Animation Xpress.com about Buji, Vinay Kansara,
Director, Classic Animation, shared, "Buji is based
on morals and values that parents wish to infuse in their children.
Each one of us sacrifices something or the other everyday which
barely gets acknowledged. Yet we consider the term 'sacrifice' to
be something harsh and unforgiving. Life could be very simple, and
void of grievances by simply being more kind and generous to others;
forming a continuous chain. Everyone would be a part of it and playing
an equally important role, and this what 'Buji' is really
about."
One
of the challenges faced by the studio was to gather a team big enough
to handle the project and who were equally skilled to preserve the
quality standard set by the studio.
The
movie will be released in Hindi in India.
