Bangalore
based Animation training academy Animaster is hosting a seminar
in the Garden City on 2nd March at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
An
official release by the institute states that the line up
for the event includes talks by Algonquin College, Canada
Chairperson Linda Cooke, Animation Director V G Samant and
Anirights Infomedia CEO Ashish SK. The other dignitaries expected
to attend include Minister of Education Shankar Murthy and
IT & BT minister Shankaralinge Gowda.
Speaking to Animation 'xpress, Animaster director
Veena Singh mentioned,"The need of the day is for talented
pool of manpower who are trained to a very high skill level
on the latest technology and on par with global requirements.
Animaster has recognised this need early to tie up with Algonquin,Canada's
leading animation college and will fulfill the requirements
for India's immense talent pool by providing them with animation
training on par with International standards and facilities"
" We plan to invest 2million $USDin the coming year in
training and R&D. Game development ,Technical animation,
Animatronics and Hyper modelling have been introduced as the
next generation study programs" she added.
