Toon Boom Wins Restraining Order Against Bauhaus |
Following
is an excerpt from an official company press release sent by
Toonboom.
Toon Boom Animation has obtained a temporary restraining order
in the United States District Court for the Western District
of Texas against Bauhaus Software, Inc. The temporary restraining
order prevents Bauhaus from continuing to advertise product
promotions that prominently feature the Toon Boom name. Toon
Boom has no business relationship with Bauhaus, and has no plans
to form such an alliance. Bauhaus’ use of Toon Boom’s name was
not authorized by Toon Boom, and Bauhaus products are not endorsed,
supported, approved or otherwise sponsored by Toon Boom. |
