It takes guts to invest one's all in Indian animated Intellectual Property but then the rewards are there to reap for those who have the perseverance!

Dollaly Jinks: The ensemble

Chennai based Dessin Works which has been working on its animated IPs for the past few years is now beginnning to reap the rewards of developing their own content.

Few months ago the studio got into a deal with France based Ares Films and recently the studio has entered into a deal with Beirouth based Ar Riham productions.

Speaking to Animation 'xpress, Dessin Works' Chief Rajini C said,"We are very pleased that our studio and our shows are getting some sort of a recognition. The deal with Ar Riham is yet another step in our journey towards success"

"Ar Riham has taken 5yr complete rights for Middle East for Dollaly Jinks and the our team is working non stop to ensure deliveries as promised" she added.

Ar Riham manager Ibrahim Mohammad told Animation 'xpress that,"Dessin Works has been until now a respectful and cooperative company to deal with and hopefully Dollaly Jinks will be a new beginning for a fruitful cooperation. We are awaiting the deliveries of the show by the end of this month"

Recently at MIPCOM, Dessin Works also roped in a co-production partner for its other original show Space Stage 3047. Rajini C commented,"We have got a co-production partner for the series, and the world distribution rights are being negotiated currently with Alati Productions. We are working out some logistics and MIPTV will find us pre-sale of the same"
