In a move designed to bolster national membership and expand member services, ASIFA India has announced sweeping changes to it's organization. In addition to now being formally registered with and recognized by the Indian government, the body has realigned it's management structure.

Rhythm & Hues India Director of Operations Saraswathi Balgam has been appointed the
new President of ASIFA India.

The changes were recently announced by Bill Dennis founder and President of ASIFA India, Bill who is also a member of the International Board of ASIFA will continue as President Emeritus ASIFA India.

Additionally a National Board of Advisors has been selected to provide strategic guidance to the organization. Serving on the Board are TV Personality & producer Rehka Menon who will be representing South India, Well known animation professional Ashish Kulkarni will represent the Bangalore region and Animator and designer Shrirang Sathaye will represent Mumbai.

ASIFA India has its new headquarters now located at the Rhythm & Hues India facility at Malad.
