Pixion goes resolution independent

After having done TVCs and Broadcast Packaging for nearly 4 years now, Pixion, a subsidary of Century Communication Ltd. has announced its resolution independent end to end post production solutions for Television and Features. The studio situated in Bandra (W) has recently relocated 3 blocks away into an integrated facility and an open workspace.

Speaking to Animation 'xpress, Pixion Business Head Amit Gupta said,"Drawing from our experience in television where we have provided turnkey solutions as well as broadcast packaging to many channels, Pixion now provides seamless production environment for Digital Film Mastering. Now we can scan the whole feature in and simultaneoulsly manipulate the images digitally on multiple systems providing efficient production work flow for Advanced Editorial, Colour Grading and Visual Effects."

"Pixion looks beyond the limitations of resolution. Our frames now hold the flexibility of accomodating resolutions as an advantage rather than a setback. Our focus is to provide resolution independent end to end solutions be it be SD or 4K" he further added.

Even as Pixion continues to focus on growing in its Post production and DI services, the studio has been doing some good amount of VFX, CG and 3D animation, most of which has been done for TVCs and Channel IDs.

"A few of the recent projects done by us are, latest Commercials of Nokia 7220, Indica V2, Hero Honda (CD Dawn), Mirinda (Tapori One), Pepsi (Amitabh and Preity), Ford Fusion, Lays Chips(Saif and Preity), Skoda, Real Juice, Minto Fresh, ING Vyasya, Parle Monaco etc.
Additionally we have done some good promos for MTV and VH1 like VH1 Skin, MTV Roadies, MTV Hot Seat, VH1 Now and Then etc" informed gupta.
