Real
Image is launching Softimage|XSI version 4.0 across cities in India.
The tour which began on 31 August, includes 5 cities across India
and will conclude on Sep 6 at Delhi.
The launch event will feature Softimage demo sessions and include
the new features on version 4.0, as well as an interactive session
where animation enthusiasts can explore the possibilities of Softimage|XSI.
HP and nVidia will provide technical support for the event.

Speaking
about Softimage, Real Image's Siddharth Bolurker said that, "There
are quite a few animators who still swear by softimage. The latest
version offers a whole new range of features designed to enhance
the artist's working experience and to simplify his effort"
A great number of industry professionals are expected to be part
of the launch and with 5 cities being covered by the Real Image
team, things seem to be brighter for Softimage which is gearing
up it's India act.
