"Talent Crunch in Media and Entertainment Industry" paneled by K Pandyan of Graphiti, Meghna Ghai Puri Of Whistling Woods International, Prof. Lachlan MacKinnon fro Scotland, Crest's Raj Shekhar and Prof Amit Sharma of JNU went to establish that the crunch of manpower is not because of lack of talent but because structure to recognize, nurture and groom the talent is missing.
