Budgeted in the range of Rs 9-12 Crore, with a release scheduled
for Diwali 2007, the sequel is to be co produced by Percept Picture
Company and Toonz Animation India on a 50:50 financial investment.

Digital' - Barrie Osborne, Michael Peyser, Madhusudhanan to
form new studio in India
VAYU Digital will be situated in Chennai and operations
will be done in conjunction with a local partner. The head office
will be situated in Los Angeles. Vayu will begin Initially with
50-75 artists, a combination of western talents and locals and
capacity expected to rise upto 250-300 in the next couple of

Vision
India - Animation leaders speak
Over the past two years Indian studios across the country
have delivered on time, the quality of production has been really
good and there have been a lot of co productions. But at the
same time there haven't been many instances of studios doing
the pre production, there haven't been many co financing deals
and post production of animation hasn't really happened here.
